Ingredients: Purified Water, Magnesium Chloride, Citric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Inulin (from Chickory Root), Magnesium Glycerophosphate, Sorbic Acid and Sodium Benzoate (naturally preserve freshness), Sodium Borate, Zinc Sulfate, Manganese Chloride, Copper Sulfate, Germanium Sesquioxide, Stevia Leaf Extract, Chromium Chloride, Selenium Chloride, Potassium Iodide, Vanadyl Sulfate.
Adult Directions: 2 ounces daily (best if taken with 8-20 ounces of water)
Recommended: 1 ounce taken in the morning, 1 ounce in the evening
