LifeCleanse (U.S. formulation)
Eniva LifeCleanse is part of Eniva's Chocoloss® Body Fitness Program. Most people do not get sufficient dietary fiber in their everyday diet of refined and fiber-poor foods. Eniva LifeCleanse is an excellent source of dietary fiber composed of both insoluble and soluble fibers. Two scoops of Eniva LifeCleanse per day supplies 10 grams of dietary fiber, 60% of the Daily Reference Value. Two scoops also supply 5 grams of fructooligosaccharide from chicory root food for intestinal flora. Also included is 600 mg of standardized milk thistle extract (80% silymarin), and the Eniva LifeCleanse Proprietary Herbal Blend.

Adult Directions: Take 2 scoops (2 tablespoons) 1 hour after supper (evening meal).
Some individuals may find one tablespoon per day sufficient for bowel cleansing. These are only suggestions. Individuals may need to adjust dosages for individual preferences.
Do not take at the exact same time of day with medications or other Eniva nutritional products, as it may interfere with absorption.

Contents are a brownish gray powder. 10 servings per canister, which includes a plastic scoop. Flavor is a fruity, sweet cinnamon taste. Goes well with apple juice. Quite pleasant even in straight water.
